Neurodivergent Nurses Australia is an independent, disability-led organisation. We research the workplace experiences of neurodivergent nurses, develop accessible resources, and advocate for change in how the nursing profession supports neurodivergent people. Our work is grounded in lived experience and a strengths-based understanding of disability.
What We Do

We conduct and share research on the workplace experiences of neurodivergent nurses in Australia, and turn that evidence into accessible resources for nurses, employers, and healthcare educators.
Advocacy
We advocate for policy and practice changes that address the barriers neurodivergent nurses face, informed by lived experience and emerging research.

We connect neurodivergent nurses with each other, with information, and with advocacy that reflects their experiences.
