About The Study

EXPLORING THE WORKPLACE EXPERIENCES OF AUSTRALIA’S NEURODIVERGENT NURSES

This project explores the workplace experiences of neurodivergent nurses in Australia. It aims to understand the strengths these nurses bring to healthcare, as well as the support they receive and barriers they may encounter.

The findings will be shared through academic publications, professional forums, and publicly available resources.
